Who says you are beautiful?

What if you grew up in a desserted island? and no one told you if you that you were fat or skinny , ugly or beautiful. Y

You would look within yourself to know those answers. You would do excercise because it makes you feel good or makes you more agile to do your daily chores…

Well this is the approach to fitness we should be looking for

Thanks for the inspiration at Bryan Kest´s yoga class in Santa Monica ,  he gives his class as a maintenance for our bodies, not to change us or make us be able to do handstands or contorsions but to care for our bodies while also being present with our breath  while doing the asanas, a moving meditation.

Although headstands, inversions etc do help bering oxygen to the brain and help the circulation of energy the modern western yoga world has become obsessed with just the look of or the contorsion side while it is just a side benefit from the practice
