Make you life easier with your frequency . Avoid all the little things that will just drag you down uneccesary . I read this post and which I have tried all the things suggested and they do work. Or at least make your life more enjoyable
Ok… so for all idealists such as myself who want to change the world see things better than they are … What dawns to me is that we can’t control other people and we can’t control what decisions our president makes etc.
But what we can control is OURSELVES , so as Michael Jackson’s song says ( and many other wise sayings) ” take a look at yourself and make a change…” the first step in changing the current situation that you are in is changing yourself.. If you want love, be loving , if you want people to be social with you , YOU be social start the conversations.
It is easy to complain about your partner, friends etc but what only you can do is see what YOU can do to make things better and DO IT then leave the rest to others. The best way to lead is through example
Its a great responsibility and freedom to know that YOU create your world, your experiences its only through your lenses that you experience perceived reality .
Now a days there are so many different type of yoga classes that one can get easily confused as to which one is the best etc.
For me it comes down to which one connects with you better, which one is more YOU and you feel you need it for your personal development.
Ashtanga, power, yin, jivamutki, kundalini… I wont dwelve into which is which but I encourage if possible to give them a try, find a teacher which inspires you.
Personally I am a trained Kundalini yoga intstructor because everytime I went to that class my day and life transformed into the better, loved that the teacher spoke during the excercises so I felt that I was at a lecture and I could say it changed me .
Now a days since I moved to Puerto Rico I dont have Golden Bridge( the Kundalini center I used to attend in Los Angeles ) so I am starting to go to Ashtanga yoga classes which are much more physical, the teacher does not give you a lecture just guides you through the poses and with your inhale exhale you go into a continuous moving meditation .
It all depend on where you are at in your spiritual journey what you want?

What I can’t afford is a negative thought …
Everything starts from the mind so the moment you ” will fast drown you in a negative whirlwind .
The mind is powerful remember it all starts with an idea of what our world is , who we are and we make actions that are self fulfilling prophecies .
So really I can’t stress enough to take care of your thoughts that is why mindfulness and meditation are so important .
Look at the world around you it is the product of your thoughts
