Oriela Medellin is a modern day gypsy and where her interests range from philosophy to fashion.

Born in Mexico City to Puerto Rican designer Wanda Amieiro she grew up in the fashion world. Raised in Mexico city ventured to study abroad to Milan at  Marangoni, Parson in Paris and finished her Bachelors at FIDM LA for her marketing and fashion studies . Due to her fascination for human behavior she also studied acting at New York Film Academy and trained to be a Kundalini Yoga teacher in order to help and heal people.

  Her  background has been always driven by an incredible passion for self-expression through art.

Oriela has grown up in the fashion world and currently works as creative director for the known clothing brand Wanda Amieiro from Mexico City.

 She had an exhibition along with Nylon´s founder Mark Blackwell at the Melrose Gallery ¨Ghettogloss¨.

Oriela participated in a charity exhibition on Melrose called " Whistleblowers " for Congo .

Currently her work is showing at ETHOS GALLERY on Melrose along with known artist such as Shepard Fairey and Retna.

 Was an Intern at BCBG, Herve Leger and Bebe. Styled Cirque du Soleil´s Nitza for the LA music awards.

Her work is owned by very important international families which would rather have their names private.
