Now a days there are so many different type of yoga classes that one can get easily confused as to which one is the best etc.
For me it comes down to which one connects with you better, which one is more YOU and you feel you need it for your personal development.
Ashtanga, power, yin, jivamutki, kundalini… I wont dwelve into which is which but I encourage if possible to give them a try, find a teacher which inspires you.
Personally I am a trained Kundalini yoga intstructor because everytime I went to that class my day and life transformed into the better, loved that the teacher spoke during the excercises so I felt that I was at a lecture and I could say it changed me .
Now a days since I moved to Puerto Rico I dont have Golden Bridge( the Kundalini center I used to attend in Los Angeles ) so I am starting to go to Ashtanga yoga classes which are much more physical, the teacher does not give you a lecture just guides you through the poses and with your inhale exhale you go into a continuous moving meditation .
It all depend on where you are at in your spiritual journey what you want?
